Job Title: Site Manager

Project: 3 Storey Classroom Extension

Location: Sheffield

Start: Mid August - 40

Pay: £300 per day



Essential Requirements:

Enhanced DBS (Essential)

SMSTS
*

CSCS Black/White Card
*

First Aid



Experience Required:

*

Strong experience delivering education and extension projects
*

Previous experience working in live school environments
*

Proven ability managing large-scale construction works
*

Strong subcontractor coordination skills
*

Excellent understanding of health & safety requirements
*

Experience managing programmes, quality and site documentation
*

Ability to lead site teams and drive progress
*

Strong communication skills with project teams and clients



Duties:

*

Take full responsibility for site management and daily operations
*

Coordinate subcontractors and monitor site progress
*

Manage health & safety, RAMS, inductions and toolbox talks
*

Ensure programme milestones are achieved
*

Maintain site diaries, reports and progress updates
*

Monitor workmanship and quality standards
*

Liaise with the client, consultants and school representatives
*

Manage site logistics and sequencing of works
*

Identify and resolve issues to keep the project moving
*

Support successful delivery of the project from start to completion
