Job Title: Site Manager

Project: CAT B Office Fit-Out - Toilet Refurbishment, Fire Compartment Glazing & Internal Works

Location: Newcastle

Start: 03/07

Duration: 8 Weeks

Pay: £260.00 per day



Working Pattern:

* Mon-Fri (July)
* Thu-Mon (August)

Project Value: £1.5M



Essential Requirements:

* SMSTS
* CSCS Black/White Card
* First Aid
*

Experience Required:

* Strong CAT A/B fit-out background
* Live environment experience preferred
* Strong H&S, programme and subcontractor management skills

Duties:

* Full site management responsibility
* H&S, RAMS, inductions & toolbox talks
* Subcontractor coordination
* Progress reporting & site diaries
* Quality control and programme delivery
