Site Supervisor - Tier 1 Main Contractor
Location: Scarborough
Duration: 20 Weeks
Start Date: 27th
Rate: £290 - £310 per day (Umbrella PAYE - no CIS)

The Opportunity

We're working with a leading Tier 1 contractor who are looking to bring in an experienced Site Supervisor to support delivery on a live academy/university scheme in Scarborough.

This is a short-term contract focused on demolition works and final hard landscaping, with a strong emphasis on quality checks and site support.

The Role

* Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations
* Overseeing demolition works and final external / hard landscaping packages
* Carrying out back checks across the academy
* Identifying, recording, and closing out outstanding snags
* Conducting basic site surveys and taking progress photos
* General site supervision and coordination of trades

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in a Site Supervisor role on main contractor projects
* Experience with demolition and/or externals packages
* Strong eye for detail, particularly around snagging and quality
* Able to support site management and work independently where required

Certifications:

* CSCS Card
* SMSTS
* First Aid
