Landscaping Site Manager

Job Title: Site Manager

Day rate: £260-£270 per day

Location: Tilbury, Essex



Oversee and manage various landscaping projects around the Tilbury region, leasing with the Principle Contrator and progress the overall project to an exceptional standard.



Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following qualifications or experience as a minimum;

* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid
* Driving Liscence

For this role it is essential that you hold the skills & experience below;

* Experienced Site Manager
* Experience with Hard/Soft Landscaping

Duties

* Monitor and produce good quality of work
* Plan and Coordinate day to day tasks
* Report to the Project Manager throughout the projects
* Liaise with Site Supervisors to understand the progress of the works
* Detailed record keeping, including Site Diaries & similar
* Checking that materials, plant, equipment and labour are on site to meet with contract and programme requirements
* Ensure there is a safe system of work in the place for all site activities and that safety equipment is provided at the correct time
* Monitor RAMS and ensure work has been carried out in accordance of these.
