It’s only half way through the year and we’ve already made some exciting strides as a company!
During the second quarter, our team showcased their expertise and commitment by successfully fulfilling 2,463 contracts for our clients, placing 1,866 candidates on site. To ensure that we continue to offer exceptional services to our clients and candidates, we welcomed 10 new staff members to the Caval family.
As part of our growth strategy, we announced our expansion in London earlier this year, this expansion allows us to better serve our clients in the south of the UK and reinforces our commitment to becoming a nationwide leader in construction recruitment.
Our team’s continued efforts have yielded outstanding results. In the second quarter, we surpassed our Quarter 1 turnover by an impressive 12.8% demonstrating our ability to adapt to market demands and exceed expectations. Moreover, we celebrated surpassing our Quarter 2 of the last year by an amazing 14.8%.
At Caval, we believe in giving back to the community and the environment. During Q2, we raised a massive £1,200 for the local Leeds charity Candlelighters through an exhilarating abseiling event, which was bravely undertaken by our team members Paul and Lisa. Additionally, we took part in a tree-planting initiative, contributing to the environment by plating a total of 19 trees.
None of these achievements would have been possible without the hard work and passion of our team members.
