Retail Project Manager

They have delivered an array of high profile projects within the retail, commercial and residential sectors across the UK.

The Project

As a Retail Project Manager, you will be leading the smooth delivery of retail projects and tenant liaison in a live shopping centre in Central London. You will be overseeing the management, coordination, communication and facilitation of all aspects relating to the tenants. You will make sure that the tenants are compliant with the requirements of their agreement for lease and ensure that they deliver, on time, with the agreed fit outs and ready to trade.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following qualifications as a minimum;

* CSCS Card (Not essential but must be open to training)
* SMSTS (Not essential but must be open to training)

It is also essential that you hold the skills & experience below;

* Computer abilities and software skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Strong planning, organising and prioritisation skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience of managing commissions for large projects
* 1+ year of relevant Retail Project Management experience

The Role

* Job Title: Retail Project Manager
* Job Type: Long term contract
* Duration: 2 Years +
* Project: A 200+ Store Shopping Centre - Central London
* Reporting to: Senior Retail Project Manager

Duties

* Chair and coordinate weekly meetings with the tenants
* Report on progress to the Senior Retail Project Manager
* Confirm all outstanding issues following the tenancies opening have been resolved in order for trade
* Administration of the retail project documentation, this can range from; Fit-out guides and guidelines to AFL and site constraints
* Monitor and manage the change control process for everything involving leasing for a tenancy and ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner
* Manage the flow of project information, this would be between leasing, tenants, development, design & construction and centre management
* Ensure documentation, as required by the Leasing Manager are submitted to Owner / Employers Agent for acceptance prior to proceeding to exchange of the AFL
* Ensure production of the detailed project plan to deliver retail elements, completed by establishing / maintaining effective processes, governance and other relevant systems throughout the delivery of project
* Prepare and present transcripts about the progress of retail delivery and present this to the Senior Reta
