Personal Assistant / Office Manager


The Company

Our client is a prestigious global developer with an exceptional track record of delivering luxury and award winning flagship destinations. At present they hold a £50bn project portfolio with a further £3bn secured for the next 10 years. They have delivered an array of high profile projects within the retail, commercial and residential sectors across the UK.

The Role

As a site based Personal Assistant / Office Manager, you will use Microsoft Office in order to produce, issue and collate project related documents and data reports on of one of the UK's largest private residential schemes with a build value in excess of £600m. Representing the wider business, this is a high pressure role where you will play an integral part within the East London team by providing assistance to the Commercial Director and Project Director.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you have the experience below;

* Proven experience working in a similar position
* Experience working within finance would be beneficial
* Familiarity working in a busy site/project office environment

It is also essential that you have the skills below;

* Ability to multitask
* Excellent communication
* Strong organizational skills
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

The Role

* Job Title: Personal Assistant / Office Manager
* Project: £600m+high profile Design & Build Private Residential Scheme in East London
* Duration: 12 Months Minimum
* Reporting to: Commercial Director / Project Director

Duties

* Team communications
* Booking couriers and taxis
* Keeping records up to date
* Receiving and replying to email queries
* Liaison with Finance regarding invoices
* Printing, laminating, and binding documents
* Management of PPE for new starters and visitors
* Organising catering for ad hoc events held at the office
* Welcoming visitors and staff and giving access to the building
* General admin support as required to the Residential team and Directors
* Purchasing of stationery, kitchen and site supplies and processing their payments
* Diary management and booking of meeting rooms - coordinating calendar and setting up video calls
