Job Title: Site Manager - Civils & Drainage

Location: Scarborough, North Yorkshire

Salary: £300-£310 per day (CIS / Ltd Company)

Role Overview:

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee civils and drainage works on a project in Scarborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, and keeping works on schedule.

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience managing civils and drainage projects
* SMSTS qualification
* Valid CSCS card
* First Aid qualification
* Temporary Works qualification desirable

Responsibilities:

* Overseeing daily site operations and progress
* Managing subcontractors and site teams
* Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
* Monitoring programme and quality of works
* Coordinating activities to ensure the project runs efficiently
