Role Overview:

As the Solar PV PPM Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of PPM contracts across a national portfolio of Solar PV assets on retail projects. You will work with clients, engineers and subcontractors to ensure maintenance is delivered safely, on time and within budget, while identifying opportunities for remedial works and future projects.

Key Requirements:

* 2 years + experience as a Project / Contracts Manager delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts and Solar projects
* Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement experience
* Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, subcontractors and suppliers
* Good understanding of electrical systems, health & safety and industry compliance
* Experience managing multiple projects, locations and competing priorities

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the planning and coordination of national Solar PV PPM programmes, managing project scope, budgets, schedules, KPIs, SLAs and compliance.
* Manage engineers, subcontractors and internal teams across multiple sites to ensure planned maintenance, inspections and remedial works are completed safely and efficiently.
* Take ownership of project costs, budgets, purchase orders and supplier payments, ensuring programmes remain commercially controlled.
* Analyse maintenance records, inspection findings and performance data to assess asset performance and highlight any areas requiring remedial action.
* Develop remedial work quotations while identifying opportunities for additional works and future renewable energy projects.
* Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key contact for project updates, performance information and ongoing programme requirements.
