Location: Grays, Essex
Rate: £290-£300 per day

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Gold Card Supervisor to join a major, long-term landscaping contract in Grays, Essex.

This is an excellent opportunity offering the potential for several years of work for the right candidate.

Landscaping experience is highly preferred, particularly candidates with experience supervising large-scale landscaping, groundworks, civils or external works projects.

Key Requirements

* Gold CSCS Card - Essential
* SSSTS - Essential
* EUSR 1 & 2 - Essential
* Previous landscaping experience - Highly desirable
* Previous experience in a supervisory role
* Experience managing landscaping, groundworks, civils or similar large-scale projects
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to coordinate teams and subcontractors effectively
* Reliable, professional and safety-focused approach

The Role

As a Gold Card Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing site teams and coordinating day-to-day activities across a large-scale landscaping project.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Supervising landscaping teams and subcontractors
* Coordinating daily site activities and workloads
* Ensuring landscaping works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
* Monitoring progress and maintaining programme requirements
* Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
* Liaising with site management and other trades
* Supporting the smooth delivery of the overall landscaping contract
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship across the site

Package

* £290-£300 per day
