Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee works across sites in the Bradford, Wakefield and Leeds areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civils, highways or streetworks and be confident managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

Key Requirements:

Previous Site Manager experience within civils, highways or streetworks
*

SMSTS - essential
*

Black CSCS - ideally held
*

EUSR 1 & 2 - advantageous
*

Strong understanding of health & safety and site procedures
*

Good communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities:

*

Manage day-to-day site operations
*

Coordinate labour, plant and materials
*

Ensure works are completed safely and to programme
*

Maintain high standards of health & safety
*

Liaise with project teams, subcontractors and site personnel
*

Monitor progress and ensure works meet required standards
