Experience:
* Proven track record delivering projects valued between £2m-£5m
* Previous experience successfully delivering residential developments, including new-build housing, assisted living, retirement living, or extra-care schemes
* Extensive construction industry experience with at least 5 years working as a Site Manager, overseeing projects from groundworks through to completion
Key Skills:
* Superb negotiation abilities
* Competent IT / software skills
* Extensive Health and Safety knowledge
* Effective communication skills, verbal and written
* Ability to organise and manage project schedules
* Proven ability to lead, support, and direct a team effectively
* A solid understanding of relevant regulations and standards
* In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and building processes
* Exceptional focus on detail to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a £2m - £4m development comprising 18 assisted living bungalows. You will manage all site operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive the project through to successful completion. This role requires a hands-on leader with proven experience delivering residential or assisted living schemes to programme, budget, and quality standards.
