Site Manager - Fast-Track Pub Fit-Outs

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a busy fit-out contractor delivering a number of fast-track pub refurbishment projects across the Midlands.

Projects will typically run for around 3 weeks, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable working to tight programmes and can hit the ground running.

The role will involve:

* Managing the day-to-day running of fast-track pub fit-out projects.
* Coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades.
* Managing short programmes and ensuring deadlines are achieved.
* Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality.
* Liaising with clients, Contracts Managers and subcontractors.
* Managing deliveries, site logistics and materials.
* Completing site paperwork, reports and handover documentation.
* Working efficiently in live or recently closed hospitality environments.

Requirements:

* Previous Site Management experience.
* Must have previous experience working on pubs, bars, restaurants or similar hospitality fit-outs.
* Strong understanding of fast-track refurbishment projects.
* Able to manage subcontractors and demanding programmes.
* Must be based in the Midlands.
* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness required.
