We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a construction roofing project in Wrexham on behalf of a leading main contractor.

This is a non-working Site Manager position, responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
* Coordinate subcontractors and site activities.
* Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard.
* Maintain excellent health & safety and quality standards.
* Liaise with the client, project team and subcontractors.
* Complete daily site reports and progress updates.
* Monitor programme and resolve any on-site issues.

Essential Requirements:

* SMSTS.
* Black CSCS Card (Manager).
* First Aid at Work.
* Asbestos
