We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a new build construction project in Preston.

This is a long-term opportunity with a well-established main contractor, ideal for a Site Manager with a proven track record delivering new build projects from start to finish.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard of quality.

Key Requirements:

* Strong new build construction experience is essential.
* Previous experience managing projects as the No.1 Site Manager.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme.
* Strong focus on health & safety, quality and client liaison.

Essential Qualifications:

* SMSTS
* Black CSCS Card (Manager)
* First Aid
* Asbestos Awareness
