Civil Engineering Site Manager

Job Title: Site Manager - Civils, utilities and streetworks

Location: Bristol

Day Rate: 315 per day

Duration: minimum 8 months but potentially years of work

Role Highlights & Packages:

* Potential long long term work (up to 8-9 years)
* Start date: ASAP - ideally 3rd August
* Working on streetworks, utilities etc
* Primarily day shifts with weekend working as required
* Local candidates
* No digs, accommodation, or travel expenses provided

Role Overview:

We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of civils and utility works in Bristol. The successful candidate will lead site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Requirements:

* SMSTS
* Valid CSCS Card
* First Aid Certificate
* Temporary Works qualification (desired)

Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day delivery of civils works and utility works
* Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors
* Oversee health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance
* Manage site documentation
* Liaise with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders
* Drive programme performance and ensure works are completed on schedule
