Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Surfacing Supervisor to oversee a highways surfacing project in Lincoln. You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day surfacing operations, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience as a Surfacing Supervisor
*

Strong background in highways surfacing projects
*

Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures
*

Experience managing surfacing gangs and subcontractors
*

SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
*

CSCS Card and First Aid qualification preferred

Responsibilities:

*

Supervise day-to-day surfacing operations
*

Coordinate operatives, plant, and subcontractors
*

Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification
*

Monitor quality and progress of surfacing activities
*

Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks
*

Report progress and issues to the Site Manager/Project Manager
*

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
