Location: South Yorkshire
Salary: £55,000 Basic + Car Allowance

A leading South Yorkshire Dry Lining and Passive Fire Protection contractor is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the construction sector.

The Role

* Develop new business opportunities.
* Build relationships with Main Contractors, Developers and Consultants.
* Generate enquiries and secure new projects.
* Work closely with Estimating and Operations teams.
* Achieve agreed sales targets.

About You

* Proven Business Development or Sales experience.
* Construction industry experience is essential.
* Dry Lining, Passive Fire Protection or Interiors experience is desirable.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
