This is a hands-on role managing day-to-day site operations on a live refurbishment scheme with a demanding programme and tight deadline. The successful candidate will be confident driving works on site, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme, and liaising directly with the client to ensure a successful delivery.

Requirements:

* Valid CSCS Card
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* Asbestos Awareness
* Strong programme management and organisational skills
* Excellent client-facing and communication abilities
* Able to work under pressure and drive projects to completion

Responsibilities:

* Managing daily site activities and subcontractors
* Monitoring progress against programme
* Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
* Coordinating trades and resolving site issues
* Maintaining quality standards throughout the project
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Delivering the project within a challenging timescale
