* Lead Quality Standards - Own and develop QA processes across multiple construction sites, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal benchmarks.
* Conduct Site Audits - Travel nationwide to inspect live projects, identify risks, and support site teams with practical, actionable improvements.
* Drive Continuous Improvement - Analyse performance data, spot trends, and implement smarter, safer, more efficient ways of working.
* Collaborate with Project Teams - Work closely with site managers, engineers, subcontractors, and senior leadership to embed a quality-first mindset.
* Champion Compliance - Ensure all builds meet UK construction standards, client expectations, and company policies.

* Proven experience in construction quality assurance or a related technical discipline.
* Strong understanding of UK building regulations and industry best practice.
* Confident communicator who can influence, challenge, and support teams at all levels.
* A proactive problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
