Site Manager

We're looking for an Experienced Site Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with confidence, and brings a track record of delivering complex schemes safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role

As Site Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day site operations on major build projects ranging from £20m-£150m. You'll work closely with Project Managers, commercial teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery across all phases of construction.

What You'll Be Doing

* Leading site operations - Managing daily activity, coordinating trades, and ensuring smooth workflow
* Driving H&S excellence - Championing a zero-harm culture and ensuring full compliance
* Managing subcontractors - Building strong working relationships and ensuring performance standards
* Programme management - Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions
* Quality assurance - Ensuring workmanship meets Tier 1 expectations
* Stakeholder communication - Keeping clients, consultants, and internal teams aligned

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale build projects
* Background with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Solid understanding of construction sequencing and technical detail
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), First Aid
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
