About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of modular and general construction projects. This includes high-profile sites such as the Macmillan Cancer Centre, Baby Unit, and DWP facilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy environment, delivering multiple projects with real impact across healthcare and public sector infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

* Portfolio Management: Oversee up to three concurrent projects
* Project Delivery: Manage projects valued up to £1m each
* Programme Management: Ensure delivery within tight timelines (3-9 months)
* Subcontractor Coordination: Lead and manage subcontractors, with a strong focus on M&E within modular builds
* Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Requirements

* Proven experience in modular construction (e.g. Portakabins) and general construction projects
* Strong experience of delivering projects on time and within budget
* Experience managing M&E subcontractors
* Healthcare sector experience is highly desirable (but not essential)
* Willingness to travel as required
