Highways Supervisor - 3 Days

Job Title: Highways Site Supervisor

Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire

Salary: £300 - £350 per day

Duration: 3 Days - Wednesday 11th March - Friday 13th March

Role Overview:
Holiday Cover for a Highways Site Supervisor overseeing minor civils works.

Key Requirements:

* CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS and 3 Day First Aid
* Prior experience supervising highways civils works under National Highways Conditions
* A good communicator, able to deal with a range of people, tasks and obligations
* Well organised, self-starter, able to implement procedures and effectively manage all aspects of the works

Responsibilities:

* Monitor and produce good quality of work
* Supervising the Civils works
* Assisting the site manager with the day-to-day running of the site
* Ensuring that safety plans and method statements are adhered to onsite by all operatives and sub-contractors
* Checking that materials, plant, equipment and labour are on site to meet with contract and programme requirements
* Ensure there is a safe system of work in the place for all site activities and that safety equipment is provided at the correct time
