Role: Foreman
Pay: £220.00 - £230.00
Location: Coventry
Start: 02/03
Length: 10 Weeks

Requirements:

* British Passport key due to security clearance procedure
* Fit out and refurbishment experience
* Trade background
* All usual Certs: SSSTS, CSCS Blue card upwards, 1st aid

Responsibilities:

* Reporting and assisting Number 1 SM
* Coordinating handovers and sign offs
* Make sure everyone is compliant on site as high security building
* Implement procedures
* Lead the day-to-day running of site activities
* Update and check against the construction Programme
* Preparation of site documents such as work orders and purchase orders etc.
* Responsible for the successful completion and handover of sections of work on site
