The Role:
We are looking for a strong Nights Site Manager to lead a major multi-million M&S refurbishment project in Dublin. This is a flagship scheme requiring a hands-on, organised manager with proven experience delivering M&S projects to the highest standards.You must be prepared to stay over in Dublin and work away for the duration of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Full responsibility for day-to-day site management as No.1 Nights manager
*

Managing programme, quality, and health & safety on a live retail refurbishment
*

Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
*

Liaising directly with the client and project stakeholders
*

Ensuring strict compliance with M&S standards and procedures

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on large retail refurbishments
*

Previous M&S project experience essential
*

Up-to-date M&S Simple Compliance required
*

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
*

Willing and able to work away in Dublin
