The role: Quantity Surveyor

Location: London

Day Rate: £320.00 / £330.00 CIS / LTD Company



Requirements:

* 5+ Years QS experience
* Local to London
* Strong numerical & analytical skills
* Able to run / Control jobs from £200k - £3mil
* Familiarity with subcontractor/supplier pricing

Duties:

* Oversee Leisure and hospitality projects up to £3mil
* Prepare and manage tender submissions and cost estimates.
* Calculate labour and material requirements for project timelines.
* Conduct site visits for measurements and progress valuations.
* Source and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations.
* Manage budgets through design, planning, and delivery stages.
* Recommend cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality.
* Identify and mitigate cost and contractual risks.
* Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts.
* Monitor cash flow and maintain cost reports.
* Ensure compliance with contracts and procurement procedures.
* Collaborate with project teams to meet financial targets
