What We're Looking For

Relevant Qualifications:

* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid

Experience:

* Proven experience managing modular construction projects
* Strong background operating as a Site Manager
* Experience managing fast paced, short duration projects (1-3 months)
* Demonstrable health & safety leadership on live construction sites
* Experience working with subcontractors and direct labour
* Ability to manage multiple site locations over time where required

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for experienced Site Managers to take full responsibility for modular construction projects across the UK. You will be responsible for the day to day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high-quality standard. Projects are modular in nature, with durations typically ranging from one to three months, with further opportunities to move between sites.

Key Responsibilities

* Full day to day management of site operations
* Managing subcontractors and coordinating all site activities
* Leading a safety first culture on site
* Preparing, reviewing and implementing RAMS
* Conducting site inductions
* Completing health & safety assessments and inspections
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised site environment
* Ensuring quality standards are met across all works
* Managing and addressing H&S breaches promptly and effectively
* Chairing progress meetings and liaising with stakeholders
* Reporting progress and issues to senior management
* Supporting multiple projects over time as workload demands
