Job Title: Site Manager - Roofing Project (Student Accommodation)
Location: Nottingham
Duration: 26 weeks

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 26-week roofing project on a student accommodation development in Nottingham. You will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Full oversight of on-site activities for the roofing project
*

Reporting and liaising directly with the client on progress and issues
*

Managing subcontractors and site teams efficiently
*

Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
*

Monitoring programme, budget, and quality control

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager
*

Competent in site reporting and client-facing communication
*

Strong organisational and leadership skills
*

Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
*

CSCS card and relevant health & safety qualifications



The 26 week project will pay £260 / day.
