Facilities Services Coordinator / Receptionist
Facilities Services Coordinator / Receptionist needed for a well-established Construction client! This is an exciting opportunity for someone to be part of a team in a widely-relevant industry, for a very reputable construction company.
The right candidate will have:
* Experience in a Receptionist / Administration Role in the UK, ideally in a construction / civil engineering company but not essential
* Be highly detailed orientated
* Be organised and punctual
* Good knowledge of GDPR and Cyber Security Processes
* Strong Microsoft Office Experience
Job Title: Facilities Services Coordinator / Receptionist
Job Type: 3 Month Contract
Location: Heathrow, West London
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm
DUTIES:
* Front facing for customers and clients, meeting & greeting visitors
* Dealing with questions over the phone and in-person
* Responsible for hard-copy and electronic filing
* Dealing with expenses and other relevant paperwork
* Receipts and invoices for deliveries
* Placing orders for office supplies
* Managing and booking supplier of services to the office
* General Administrative duties
