The Project

As a Site Engineer / Trainee Surfacing Supervisor you will be working on a variety of Surfacing Schemes across the North East.



Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* CSCS Card
* Driving Licence
* SSSTS / SMSTS



For this role it is desirable that you hold the skills & experience below;

* Experienced as a Site Engineer / Setting out Engineer with exposure to surfacing schemes I.e. Highways, car parks, road repairs in the UK
* Someone with a keen interest to into the surfacing industry



The Role

* Reporting to: Project Manager



Duties

* Setting out and surveying of the site
* Training to oversee surfacing works
* Setting up and maintaining site control
* Setting Out Sites and Organising Facilities
* Ensuring compliance with works standards
* To Ensure work is completed to the correct quality
* Attend Team Briefs & carry out briefings when needed
* Checking and Preparing Site Reports, Designs and Drawings
* Aid in organising and supervise temporary works when required
* Liaising With Clients, Subcontractors and Other Professional Staff
* Ensure site progress pictures are taken and filed during each stake of the development
