Job Title: Assistant Contracts Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Experience & Qualifications

* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* 3 Day First Aid
* Proven experience within a Design & Build commercial fit-out environment
* Experience delivering commercial and/or educational fit-out and refurbishment projects

Role & Responsibilities

* Assist in the delivery of fast-track commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects ranging from £50k - £5m
* Support the management of 1-3 live fit-out projects concurrently, depending on size and complexity
* Assist with design coordination, technical detailing, and pre-construction planning for D&B fit-out schemes
* Support day-to-day site management activities, including subcontractor coordination and sequencing of works
* Monitor and update fit-out programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved
* Liaise with clients, consultants, landlords, and managing agents throughout the project lifecycle
* Communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality, safety, and programme compliance
* Attend site, design, and client meetings, tracking actions and supporting project delivery through to completion
