What We're Looking For

Relevant Qualifications:

* First Aid - essential
* Valid CSCS Card - essential
* SSSTS or SMSTS - essential

Experience:

* A strong background in construction industry, supported by a minimum of three years' experience in finishing / internals management role
* Proven track record of working as a Finishing Manager for a reputable construction contractor

Key Skills:

* Competent IT / software skills
* Comprehensive health and safety knowledge
* Effective communication skills, verbal and written
* Ability to organise and manage project schedules
* A solid understanding of relevant regulations and standards
* Proven ability to lead, support, and direct a team effectively

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to play a key role in the final delivery of a £12m healthcare facility in Derbyshire. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all internal finishing works, snagging and close-out activities. The role requires strict adherence to building regulations and detailed project specifications to ensure the facility is delivered to the highest clinical and construction standards.
