Job Title: Fire Stoppers (X2)

Location: South West London

Freelance Rate: £24ph - £26ph



Role Overview:

We are seeking 2 Firestoppers to join a project in London, carrying out general firestopping works on a residential project. This role offers the potential for further work across London following completion of the initial project.

Key Requirements:

* Blue CSCS in Passive Fire Protection
* Basic DBS
* UKATA Asbestos Certificate
* Previous Experience in Fire Stopping
* Strong all-round knowledge of passive fire systems

Responsibilities:

* Install fire-stopping batt and mastic systems to required specifications
* Seal service penetrations and openings to maintain fire integrity
* Read and follow site drawings, RAMS, and fire-stopping schedules
* Ensure all works comply with building regs and fire safety standards
* Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow site H&S procedures
* Record completed works for QA and sign-off
