Job Title: Contracts Manager

Location: Manchester / Surrounding Areas

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Package

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

For this role you must possess the following:

* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* 3 Day First Aid
* Design and build experience

Duties

* Capable of running projects in the price range of £50k - £5 Million
* Client-facing with a personable, modern, and consultative approach
* Commercial, Healthcare and Educational Fit out and refurbishment Experience
* Ability to manage between 3-6 projects at a time depending on job size
* Design and Build experience
* Oversee design coordination and pre-construction planning
* Lead the day-to-day running of site activities
* Update and check against the construction Programme
* Communicate effectively with the client, sub - contractors and senior management team
