The Role:

Caval is recruiting on behalf of a well-established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex energy and infrastructure projects across Scotland. Due to a growing order book, they are seeking an experienced Civils Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role will involve overseeing major civils packages on high-profile projects within the energy, infrastructure, and renewables sectors. You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of works, managing site teams, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring programmes and budgets are met.



Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the delivery of civil engineering packages on large-scale infrastructure and energy projects
* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Oversee project planning, progress tracking, and reporting
* Ensure all work complies with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Drive performance and ensure commercial and programme targets are achieved



Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the civil engineering sector
* Background in delivering infrastructure, energy, or heavy civils projects
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Willingness to work away from home - accommodation will be provided for the duration of projects
