Quantity Surveyor

* Role: Quantity Surveyor (Internals)
* Location: Glasgow (with hybrid working available)
* Package: £45k to £50k + car allowance, healthcare, 5% pension, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)



The Role



* Taking commercial responsibility for contract performance on allocated works
* Maximising turnover and profitability of projects
* Working closely with project teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and value for money
* Managing fast-track schemes with a high degree of change through the contract period



The Candidate



* Established Quantity Surveyor with at least 2 years' experience
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
* Background in main contracting, ideally with blue-chip contractor experience
* Hands-on project delivery knowledge
* Strong commercial acumen, analytical approach, and excellent time management
* Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients, architects, and colleagues
* Full UK driving licence
