Job Title: Junior CAD Designer - Working for a Facades/ Cladding Subcontractor

Location: Coventry (Office Based)

Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 + Package



Role Overview:

We are seeking a Junior CAD Designer to join our growing Cladding and Facades team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or entry-level designer with a passion for construction and design to develop their skills within a specialist business. The successful candidate will support the design team in producing accurate CAD drawings, assisting with project detailing, and contributing to innovative building envelope solutions. This role offers hands-on experience, training, and long-term career progression within a supportive and collaborative environment.



Key Requirements:

* Some knowledge or understanding of façade and cladding systems
* Previous experience with CAD design is preferred (academic or professional)



Responsibilities:

* Produce accurate CAD drawings to support project designs
* Assist in the detailing of façade and cladding systems
* Work closely with senior designers and project managers on technical solutions
* Support the preparation of design documentation and specifications
* Help with design revisions and updates throughout project stages
* Ensure drawings comply with company standards and project requirements
* Maintain organised drawing files and project records
