The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join the senior management team to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, and leisure with build values up to £20m. Your responsibilities encompass the comprehensive management of the project lifecycle, ensuring that each project strictly adheres to its specified requirements, remains within established budgetary limits, and is executed to the highest standards of quality.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

* CSCS Card
* SMSTS
* First Aid

Experience:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a comparable role, successfully managing a diverse range of residential, commercial, industrial, and leisure projects with build values of up to £20m
* Extensive background within the industry with at least 5 years of experience working in a similar position for a leading contractor or subcontractor

* Knowledgeable of construction laws and regulations
* Thorough understanding of contract terms and conditions
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail

* Proficient in project management software, industry-specific tools, and relevant technical expertise

Key Responsibilities

* Procuring materials
* Perform safety inspections
* Reporting to Managing Director
* Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
* Track potential risks and implement necessary plan modifications
* Define key milestones and deadlines, coordinating task schedules accordingly
* Communicate changes to all relevant stakeholders and adjust plans accordingly
* Detect and resolve any budget discrepancies, making adjustments as
