My client is seeking a Site Manager to join their expanding team on a permanent basis. The role focuses on commercial fit-outs, with projects primarily located in Manchester and the surrounding areas.

* Knowledge & Experience Of high spec Office fit out (CAT A/B) - Essential
* Weekly reports
* Main contractor Experience
* Forward planning
* Joinery biased background
* Managing subbies
* Pushing project
* Reading drawings
* Time management / Budget management

Certs Required:

* CSCS Black, white or Gold
* SMSTS
* 1st aid
* Asbestos awareness
