Senior Site Manager

The Role

Senior Site Manager overseeing a CAT A Fit Out in Glasgow city centre. This project is due to start on Monday 22nd April 2024 with a total duration of 5 months.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

For this role you must possess the following;

* Minimum of 10 years' experience in CAT A Fit out
* Proven experience delivering projects ranging from £5 million to £10 million
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* 3 Day First Aid

Duties

* Ensure project reporting is undertaken internally and externally in line with programme and company requirements
* Chair and participate in project meetings as required both internally and externally
* Build and maintain external relationships (e.g. clients, contractors/subcontracts)
* Write reports and chair weekly progress meetings
* Provide support and leadership in the creation of skills, well-being to contribute to a supportive team working environment
* Manage the project delivery within a timely manner ensure the maximum outcomes for the client
* Ensure quality is consistently high and pro-actively identify quality issues
