The Project

As an experienced Administrator, you will play a key role providing administrative support to the Customer Service team on a number of social housing maintenance projects in Birmingham. You will assist and support the site team on all administrative matters to ensure the continued, smooth running of the project development.

Requirements

For this role you should hold the experience below as a minimum;

* Full drivers' license
* High attention to detail
* Experience working in a similar position
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and FieldView is advantageous

* Job Title: Administrator

* Project: Planned Maintenance Works to Social Housing in Birmingham
* Reporting to: Senior Customer Liaison Officer



Duties

* Maintaining office systems
* Keeping records up to date
* Dealing with incoming e-mail and post
* Receiving and replying to email queries
* Printing, scanning binding / filing documents
* General admin support as required to the team
* Management of PPE for new starters and visitors
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ordering stationery / materials for the project team
* Use Outlook, Word and Excel on a day-to-day basis
* Welcoming visitors and staff and giving access to the building
* Producing documents, reports and presentations to a high standard
* Liaising with staff and clients in an effective and professional manner
* Ensure the team is compliant with all company Standards and Procedures
