A leading Specialist Structures construction company based in Scotland. A company with over 18 years of experience is looking to bring on quality personal due to the award of a large project.



The Project



The project is the construction of a steel industrial unit development in South Shields, Newcastle.



This is holiday cover work for the 17th and 18th, and the 23rd - 26th of January - 6 Days in total



The Site Engineer will be ordering materials & concrete, setting out and checking bolt jigs, setting out positions for manholes and kerbs, general setting out.



Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* CSCS Card
* Driving Licence

For this role it is essential that you hold the skills & experience below;

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Experience in Piling, heavy civils, groundworks & concrete

Duties

* Ordering Materials
* Setting up and maintaining site control
* Setting Out Sites and Organising Facilities
* Ensuring compliance with works standards
* Setting out of groundworks, concrete, piling, bolts & general setting out
* Organising labour and plant and materials for the project
