Senior Site Manager

The Project

As a highly experienced Senior Site Manager, you will initially be based on a £20m new build education project in North Yorkshire. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and the project team, to guarantee the successful delivery of the project on time and within budget.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid

It is also essential that you hold the experience below;

* Proven history of successfully delivering projects in a similar position with build values in excess of £10m+
* Extensive background within the industry with at least 5 years of experience working with tier 1 and tier 2 leading construction contractors
* Experience working on education projects is advantageous but not essential

* Develop and manage project schedules

* Ensure all project documentation is completed
* Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
* Monitor progress and adjust schedules as necessary
* Assign tasks to construction teams and subcontractors
* Conduct inspections and address any issues that arise
* Interact with clients to provide updates on project status
* Stay informed about local building codes and regulations
