Site Supervisor

The Role

Site Supervisor overseeing a small group of subcontractors performing internal strip-out works on a retail project in Reading City Centre. This job is due to start on Monday 8th January 2024 and has a duration of 20 weeks.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

For this role you must possess the following;

* CSCS Card
* SMSTS
* 3 Day First Aid
* Previous experience overseeing internal strip out projects (Desirable)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure

Duties

* Supporting and reporting to the No.1 Site Manager with on-site activities
* Managing and reporting Health & Safety
* Progress Reporting
* Updating Site Diaries
* Induction / Toolbox Talks
* Quality Inspections
* Attending and Participating in Project meetings
* Management of onsite labour including subcontractors
* Reporting in to and working closely with the Senior Management Team

This is a long-term freelance contract with a competitive rate (£190.00 - £210.00 Per Day, based on a 10 Hour Day) on offer for the successful candidate.
