The Company

Our client is a privately owned; leading healthcare technology company with over 20 years in the industry. They provide new modular medical spaces, mobile theatres and building service installation/ maintenance works to live clinical environments across the UK.



The Project

As an experienced Senior Site Manager, you will be based on a £8m new build healthcare extension in the North East.

Requirements

It is also essential that you hold the experience below;

* Experience working on public or private healthcare developments
* Extensive background with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
* History of working on new build / refurbishment projects with build values in excess of £2m+

* Ability to multitask and prioritize projects under pressure

The Role

* Job Title: Freelance Senior Site Manager
* Project: £8m - Extension to a private hospital in the North East
* Location: Stockton on Tees
* Duration: 12 months minimum
* Reporting to: Commercial Director

Duties

* Health & Safety
* Manage the KPIs
* Progress Reporting
* Updating Site Diaries
* Inductions / Toolbox Talks
* Quality Inspections / Snagging
* Ordering / Receiving of materials
* Chairing and participating in project meetings
* Management of onsite labour including subcontractors
* Reporting in to and working closely with the Senior Management Team and project stakeholders
* You will interact with both construction professionals and the client whilst managing a high pressure and busy environment
