Responsibilities:



Manage all aspects of the warehouse fit-out project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.

Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring that work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to the project plan.

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Enforce and adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment on the construction site.

Ensure that the work performed meets the project specifications and quality standards.

Monitor project expenses and maintain budgetary control.

Maintain clear and regular communication with project stakeholders, including the client, project team, and contractors.

Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.

Keep detailed records, including progress reports, change orders, and other project-related documentation.
