Site Manager

14 month project - Site Manager Role!



Our client are after an experienced and dynamic Freelance Site Manager to join the team for a 14-month project in Manchester City Centre. This exciting opportunity involves managing the drylining package on a high-profile construction project.



Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage the drylining package on-site to ensure it is delivered on time, to budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
* Monitor and enforce health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all on-site personnel.
* Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project progression.
* Manage the site team, providing guidance, support, and direction as necessary.
* Keep detailed records of site activities, including progress reports, daily logs, and incident reports.
* Proactively identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and project specifications.
* Regularly liaise with project stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns or queries.



Must have SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid as minimum



Location: Manchester City Centre

Contract Duration: 14 Months
