Civils Package Manager

The Company

An award winning well established and well-regarded Contractor with over 50 years industry experience are looking to add a Civils Package Manager. This is to work on a major railway infrastructure project in London.

The Project

As the Civils Package Manager, you will manage and oversee the Civils works on a Major Rail Power Supply Update in London, the project is multidisciplinary with OLE, Pway & Power , you will look after all Civils work on this project.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following qualifications as a minimum;

* A Valid PTS
* A Valid SMSTS
* A Valid CSCS
* A Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
* Experienced in managing Civil works in the rail industry

It is also desired that you hold the skills & experience below;

* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Experienced in delivering large scale infrastructure projects

The Role

* Project: Compete renewal work on a section of track in London
* Reporting to: Senior Project Manager

Duties

* Raising any HSE issues to senior leadership
* Aid in the procurement process for the project
* Aid in the onboarding of subcontractors onto the site
* Liaise with designers and stakeholders for the project
* Assist in the pre-construction and procurement of future subcontracts
* Lead the management of the cranes, earthworks, civil works, landscaping and roads
* Managing subcontractors' quality of work and keeping them working to the programme
