We are seeking a driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to step up into a Quantity Surveyor role with a busy drylining subcontractor. The position will involve supporting the commercial management of drylining packages, including valuations, variations, cost control, and final accounts across multiple projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Requirements:

* Quantity Surveyor Experience
* Drylining Experience Ideally



Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

* Prepare and submit interim valuations
* Measure works and manage variations
* Monitor project costs and budgets
* Procure and manage subcontractor packages
* Attend site and commercial meetings
* Agree final accounts with main contractors
* Support cost reporting and forecasting
